We are a Club Without Boundaries! Representing Central San Diego Communities Throughout Navajo Area and East County.
Navajo Canyon RWF hosts a luncheon meeting for members and guests the second Tuesday of each month except July and August when the Club goes dark, and during December when we have our Christmas Party off-site.
At these luncheons we conduct our regular business and hear reports from various Board and Committee members. We always have a Republican keynote speaker who provides valuable information meant to educate and enlighten us with various political topics. During Election Season, we encourage Republican candidates running for office to join us, mingle with our members, introduce themselves, and speak in front of the group for 5 minutes.
We meet at the Brigantine Seafood Restaurant in La Mesa where they provide an outstanding meeting room and delicious meal! The room holds maximum 70 persons and we sell out frequently, so we require RSVP to ensure your seat. And remember, "A reservation made is a reservation paid!"
NEXT MONTHLY LUNCHEON MEETING IS TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 13 - BRIGANTINE, LA MESA.
Speakers: KIRBY HORRELL, JOSEPH TRAVERS
SAVED IN AMERICA
SAVED IN AMERICA Reports on Its Efforts to Find and Save San Diego’s Missing Children at NCRWF Meeting Feb. 13 The thought of having to protect your family’s sons and daughters from sex-trafficking gang members in your own local school can put shivers down your back.
Runaway and missing children are at serious risk of being sex-trafficked, often within 48 hours, and over- extended police officers can’t always find teens who have voluntarily left home. Fortunately, a non-profit organization made up of volunteer former law enforcement officers and Navy Seals helps fill the gap by assisting law enforcement and parents locate their missing and runaway children.
This organization is called Saved In America and in the 36 months it has existed, they have saved 57 children at no cost to parents. This dedicated organization of licensed, insured private investigators will be the lead presentation at the February 13 meeting of Navajo Canyon Republican Women at The Brigantine restaurant in La Mesa.
Our speakers will be Kirby Horrell, former Seal and SIA investigator, and Joseph Travers, Executive Director, who will tell us how they are working to fill the gap and the cost to do so. Check-in time for the 11 a.m. meeting is 10:30 a.m. A full-course luncheon will be served at noon followed by the program.
Cost of the luncheon is $25; reservations are required. Please RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org (put luncheon RSVP in the subject line) or call 619-990- 2791.
Because of topic popularity, we are expecting a sellout, so please get your reservations in now to assure a seat. email@example.com or Call/Text 619.990.2791
